This may sound strange to you if you’re new to this path or just starting out but this is the truth about what's happening to our Earth right now.
The energetic solar flares have been very high the past few days. We've also had high solar winds and a crack in our Earth's magnetic field. Things are supercharged for a supernova. We're on the precipice of a large solar event.
It's possible that this is what's affecting your heart. Palpitations and increased heart rate and pressure in the chest cavity is a sign of this. The genetic mutation of our hearts was being fixed over the last few days in order to open our hearts (they've been closed off for so long). Causing pressure and palpitations in the heart area.
Anyone not clear yet will experience this. Triggered people with uncleared anger or anyone else with negative charged energy this is going to be an issue (they will be affected). If you're not clear you will face increased pressure and symptoms until you get clear.
Also crown pressure (head pressure, headaches). If you're not on a Unity Conscious path you will be very angry, frustrated and triggered. Clearings will need to be done by you to rid yourself and by others around you to rid themselves of blockages allowing things to flow more smoothly in your life and in the lives of the people around you.
Take all this however you want but please take the seriousness of my warnings that this will only increase as we near this Grand Solar Event.
Clearing and purging of the negativity and past and present karma in our hearts and lives and replacing it with an all centered love,light, peace and joy way of life is the only way to avoid complications from these solar events. Increasing our frequency and vibrations is a must at this time to keep up with all the changes of Gaia. Purging what doesn’t serve us anymore is the only way.
The Earth (Mother Gaia) is rebirthing herself anew and we're along for her ride. It's up to us if we're going to go the easy way or the hard way.

Please prepare your heart and try to help prepare the people around you.

Although a lot can be accomplished just by sound harmonics healing, I do recommend all of these methods simultaneously. This is how I got healthy, healed the anger and hostility in my heart and made myself feel whole again. Take back your power to integrate more pure love energy back into your form.
